Disgusted with Telkom yet the Corporations Representitives has no Shame on their service delivery! ! !

<p>On 24th December 2015 I collected my Approved Contract Cellphone at Telkom in Claremont and was assisted by a person going by the name of Cleo Tobias , on delivery I requested insurance for my cellphone as I always had insurance on my previous cellphones and can prove that on paper, Cleo Tobias told me that she will put my cellphone on insurance no problem, I then left the store with peace of mind believing that my cellphone is covered. In January the cellphone was ****** I then reported it at Claremont Police Station and have the legal affidavit for that, I then contacted Finrite the insurance company to submit my claim and that is when I found out it was not put on insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>I addressed the instore manager at Telkom James bestbier and he just was not much interested in the negligence of he's worker and when taking long to get back to me he said he is busy with more important things I was shocked!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom continues to bill me as I stopped them from debiting my money from my account .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Why do we people have to suffer and support places with such poor service delivery in this country like Telkom. </p> <p> </p>
