DISGUSTED WITH TELKOM SERVICE

very disgusted with service from Telkom ,I ordered a phone on the 29th of May and they deducted money from my account on the 1st of June.Still waiting for the phone and I have to call them everyday to track my order(even that does not help as they are offline 80% of the time ).
