Disgusted with Telkom SA

Internet service stinks. Been having problems from day 39. Contacted Telkom no help. Spoke to 7 operators. Same story will send some there. Lies. No internet for one week now. Someone else is using my Mac add. Spoke to them about it . reply was to email them(Telkom). Bad service bad operators . some will be responsible for this. Terrible service . Can anyone suggests another provider.
