Disgusted with telkom made me pay for nothing

I have signed up for Telkom, and paid the R700 that was required weeks ago. This was the LTE R450 package. I am frustrated and disgusted with this service

I was promised delivery of the sim weeks have gone by noting.

Please can someone sort this asap.
