Disgusted with Telkom

Our Telkom contracts were due for upgrade and Telkom harassed us on a daily basis to convince us to upgrade. We then to decided to go to Telkom Menlyn to do the upgrade. This was done on 25 April 2023. We decided on the Samsung A54 which Telkom advertise, but Telkom has no stock. I cannot understand why Telkom advertise something they cannot supply. Originally my wife and I were told that they should have stock by 31 April 2023. Today we were told that stock will only arrive 7-14 working days after placing the order. I just wish to put my total disappointment in writing.
