Disgusted with Telkom

This year I got a contract with Telkom Data only sim,it was for R249,90 monthly when I checked my invoice it had a R99,90 activation fee of which I understand now the problem is they did debit the money the first month and I thought to myself they going to take it the following month but to my surprise nothing then I got an sms saying they couldn’t debit coz there was no money in my account so I paid manually R611 that was in March then on the 1st of April I was debited R305 I didn’t ask much about it so today I checked my invoice it says R452 it has a rejection fee of R202 if I ask wat is is for they said they tried debiting on the last day of the month but there was no money which is not possible coz I checked my statement there was money and in March I specifically asked the lady who was assisting to change my debit date to be on the last day of the month not the 5th coz I know by that time I have no money in the bank so from when I signed up for this contract I’ve never paid the amount I agreed to it’s always more and if you enquire about you get different stores from different consultants,I’m annoyed with Telkom
