Disgusted with Telkom

I regret the day I signed up with Telkom for e-mail and internet, my email has been down for 2 weeks Ref. ********** 5, phoned again today to say they cannot tell me when it will be up as there is a problem. My telkom line has also been termintated as Telkom has been charging me for packages that i do not have from November 2017 owing me an amount of over R7000, ref: ********** 6. Queries do not get sorted out even after numerous calls and the attitude of the staff is that there is nothing much they can do, or they promise you to sort it out and nothing happens. Telkoms service is TERRIBLE.
