Disgusted with Telkom

Have had it with Telkom and their useless service . Been without internet since the 29/01 and their technicians as well as their call center agents are useless to say the least . They are rude and unhelpful. Especially the last agent I spoke to who cut me off without even completing the conversation . Telkom I suggest you train your service representatives namely Precious Paulin on customer service and get me a technician asap . Your service is disgusting .
