disgusted with telkom

A few months ago my wife and i decided to take the telkom lte-a deal 100 gig, month to month. We went to the telkom store in Menlyn opposite the game store ,were i specifically told the sales person 3 times that we do not want a 24 month contract and he assured me that it was a month to month contract. Now we took out two cell phone contracts for the s8 and wanted to cancel the month to month and what do you know we can't because the sales person has captured the lte-a as a 24 month contract. No one can assist us over the phone to rectify this error and the telkom franchise store in menlyn refuse to answer there phones no matter what time you call them. Please could someone assist us urgently as i will not be paying for something i wish to cancel. PS "the service in that branch is disgusting i went to purchase a telkom router the sales guy tells me they dont sell routers really telkom dose not sell routers ,i went to another telkom store in the same mall and i bought the router."
