disgusted with service

I have just picked up a new modem/router from telkom last week and have been having problems with it. I have called the service center and the consultant was extremely rude. on top of that they took over half an hour to answer my phone call only to be rude even though i was polite. that is highly unacceptable. Telkom is meant to have their lines open as they say until 9:00pm however they never answer calls after 5. eventually they decided to send the modem to fault service center and from last week right up until now i havent received feedback. i have been to the terlkom branches and their systems are always down and i was told to py 375 rand to repaire a modem that has not been working. i am highly disgusted in the service and suggest that people try opting for another network provider.
