disgusted with pathetic service and incompetence of staff.

so i apparently i have an outstanding balance with Telkom of somewhat R1700, when all i ever owned was a analog line (R175pm) and 4MB DSL (R245pm) give and take a telephone servce of R30pm my bill should be max R480 - R490 pm. note my service provider is Afrihost, so no contract with telkom for any data. just line rental

So how in the living hell that we have with telkom do i have a bill of R1700 when you debit my account every month.

This BS is coming on from December when they tried to push a look a like **** service to me that i never wanted.

at the time my number was ********** 137 and i requested to cancel the stupid look a like service from my account and the *********** person on the other side decided to cancel ALL my damn services. this leaving me without tel line and adsl. so i had to re apply and wait another 4 weeks for this installation.

so i got a new ********** tel number and 2 months later no service again. lines ****** (ok this isnt telkoms fault) but why and how the hell do i get an outstanding balance of thousands of rands when you debot R500 from my account.

you guys are the most useless service provider in history of telecommunications and who ever is doing your billing clearly left math classes in grade 5.
