Disgusted Telkom services

I had logged a complaint on the 17 Aug'18 and received a ref no. AI ********** from Telkom that my matter will be attended to. It's been 2months and I have not received any feedback. My account is still being debited each month although I had cancelled it several times in the past 4months.

Telkom services is really pathetic and would not recommend them to any friend or family.
