Disgusted - Telkom service

Telkom agents clearly do not have proper training on products. I went to the store to change my package to a larger LTE package. The agent said it would be on a month to month as no new device was taken but according to the Call Centre LTE packages are 24 month contracts only. - SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Then making things worse I get a bill of 756.60 for a Device Obligation / Carryover - Which is odd because the agent in the store told me there would be no additional fees for changing the package.

Telkom clearly just wants to ***** customers money
