Disgusted Telkom Client Service

Customer service: I have mailed Telkom with my complaint and its been almost 3 long months without any feedback from Telkom management albeit customer service.

Below refers:

06th February 2017 Mails sent to **********

Please see below -Dissatisfaction of Client Service- mail sent to your Telkom direct store manager with no response or reply to date.

Given 21days to respond to client is more than sufficient albeit to acknowledge.

Kindly further below request with your respective department and advise on standing?

16th January 2017 Mail sent to Telkom store manager

Dissatisfaction of Client Service

I’m peeved by the quality service received by your Telkom direct CapeGate store, Office code 78686.

Firstly, your current store staff has very little insight on your products and services noticeably ***********. I have received good service, advice and professionalism in the past with Mr. Saliem Ceres and Mr. Jacobus Louw at the same store as an account holder with Telkom (mobile Big deal tablet, Smartphone Essential 300 package and ADSL).

On 11th January I have enquired about the smart phone essential deal Huawei P9 lite 150 min and the consultant said it is possible to add this to my existing account thou they have no stock currently the consultant can finalize the request and contract when the stock arrives all I needed was my ID document.

On the 12th January the store was jam-packed and backed to the doors, with limited time and other commitments I deferred till the next afternoon.

On the 13th January, I decided to pursue the request to add the package to my existing SmartPhone essential account albeit a new account. After a considerable amount of confusion and deliberation with a different consultant. I requested to speak to the manager or supervisor and one Mr. Fahroedien Abrahams assisted as the manager wasn’t available.

He explained that the essential deal is only available with the virtual office and not concerned that my criterion doesn’t require an office deal. I was disgust by the appalling manner this was communicated and the time wasted in store with no alternative solution presented or even considered to assist.

I requested a letter with Telkom’s standing on the matter signed by the manager/ supervisor (see attached very badly written letter by your acting manager). No option, alternatives or solution was given to satisfy my needs and original query. Mr Abrahams did not have the decorum to check my account and further investigate with senior advisors or management regarding options to furnish a client request. The letter (note) did not address me in person as requested moreover it addresses page 38. The stock availability is a different concern and thus not sure why this is relevant in this discussion. It’s Telkom’s responsibility to resolve stock issues.

I trust that Telkom’s Management Team can amicably find an apt client solution including instore training solution and competency of staff that represents your reputable organization?

Please forward to concerned management with me in copy, anticipating your earliest response.

Does client servcie at Telkom exist? Can't fathom that a company doesnt have any client servcie when the majority of clients are the domestic users. Who are you serving if not your clients?
