Disgusted service / pathetic

Good day I'm really disgusted with the service I've received from telkom since yesterday 7th June 2022, my lines were cut off, I made the payment via the portal nobody told me not to do it, now I'm off and for some reason unable to send them proof of payment, this is for telkom mobile Razia Khan *** ***
