Disgusted in Telkom

<p>So since there is no email or contact number with telkom to log a complaint, Hello Peter is my best option.</p> <p>So I app**** for the promotion telkom had in Feb for the Huawei E5573 where you get 15 GB ( 5everyday and 10 night surfer) for only R149 per month!!! Really i am sitting with a bill of R649!!!. I appiled for this promotion online, but got stuck. The on the 08 March 2017 i got a call from your Call Centre agents who could not even speak clear enough for me to hear what the heck she was saying.. And at the time I was rashed cause I needed to go to a meeting, the T's and C's of this contract was not discussed with me. So anyway on the 03 May 2017 I received my statement thats claims i need to pay R649 . I once again spoke to your agent, well this time this one was competant enough to listen to me and logged an incident number ********** 8. on the 05 May 2017 I received an email from Zanele Bukali, claiming to tried to contact me with no luck, and the contact number she added on the mail does not even belong to me, on the emial she claims that the case was resolved and i will not be crdited the R500, why i have no idea!! So once again I phone telkom... story of my life. So according to your agent the R500 is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of this contract ( which I still have not recieved). I work in the banking industry and I know for a Fact the contract and Terms and Conditions needs to be discussed with the customer, anyway I asked your agent to send me a copy of this Terms and Conditions which I have never receieved initially , so she puts me on hold for 15 min, just to get back to me to tell me I need to go read the Terms and Conditions online... ***??? I was also told to manage my telkom bill online , like really?? I demand a copy of all recordings made to Telkom cause I will be taking this matter further.. And to top it all OFF. on my statement it shows I Recurring Monthly Fees<br />1 x Smart OneRate + 2GB Telkom Data + Huawei E5573. 2 GB!!! so where the hell is the rest of my Data?? </p>
