DISGUSTED IN TELKOM

<p>I ordered the Huawei P9 Lite on contract online. I received an order confirmation via email with an order number. However, when I go online to track the order it says "unable to retrieve order". I have entered all my details in the website as well as my banking details. In the email I received it stated a consultant was finalising my order and would get back to me. I am still waiting and have heard nothing from Telkom. I would appreciat it if someone could get back to me and let me know what is happening. </p>
