Disgusted in Telkom

Hi all had a very bad experience with Telkom been an loyal customer but very disgusted with the customer services, processes and policies they have in place.

Called up numerous times to have one issue resolved seem like ***** is happening on my account and still up until today has not yet been resolved. I overlooked the ***** situation and thought I would like to cancel my contact but still can't even get that right.

If Telkom don't get this situation resolved I will be taking this further seems like is fooling everyone and getting away with it.

And they need to hire people who is interested in their jobs.
