Disgusted

I have tried numerous times to call ur department till this day I have not been assisted. I have a cell insurance with you guys I have claimed once and received a new phone a P30 lite but for some reason that was never updated on my insurance as now i want to claim again and I'm not even able to reach you. Spoke to a lady who promised to get back to me that was over a month ago. So now I'm fed up with finrite and telkom. If I can not be assisted I want this insurance canceled because it's useless to me. I expect to get feedback from you. My number is ***
