Disgusted

I requested refund on my settled contract that I was overbilled , Telkom advised for refund it takes 72 hours . open several cases for me and closed without being notified due to inability to open proof of payments documents yet all consultant I've spoked to confirmed docs are viewable since is PDF as requested . received sms that matter resolved however no funds in my account. It's been 3 weeks no progress on the matter. when I called them this Morning case closed due to docs unable to view yet consultants confirmed can. *** ,*** ***
