Disgusted customer

Telekom home internet/wifi service is forever having technical issues and their technical support agents are mostly poor in service assistance. They have no patience and their attitude are bad , they are quick to drop cals. And the fact that there is no escalation process in telkom, thats the worst service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Big mistake to take on a contract with them. Poor service delivery and pathetic personnel. Right now I have no internet connectivity and Nkululeko from technical support could not assist and instead of being helpful, he insults me and drops the phone in my ear. I'm still with no wife/ internet service.
