Disgusted customer

Absolutely disgusted with the experience of one of your technicians recently added a telkom dsl line and after 29 days eventually a technician is sent out to install the dsl line

This technician was an openserve technician by the name of jay sent to our home by telkom

Technician initially finds house at 8.20 but calls me at 8.40 saying that his still looking for the house and that was the last time i receieved a call from this technician

My sister was at home alone so the line could be installed

When i get home at 5 i hear this technicians pathetic behaviour towards my sister in my home He makes ***ual gestures towards her hinting obsurd things that didnt hit her initially as she is a very friendly person. This man then completes the job and leaves then comes back after 5 minutes and gets a contact number for our house. Expecting to get her number she provides mine after getting the number he then asks for her to send him vulgar pictures of herself his words were " so you sending me some naughty and ***y pictures of your self tonight " and this is pathetic disgusting behaviour this man is a potential predator and was sourced by telkom, if this were a 15 16 year old girl at home alone what would have happend , this was a potential **** case if it were not for my neighbour who waited till the technicain leave.. id like to take this further and i request immediate feedback .
