Disgusted client for more than 9 years

HI.. I'm absolutely appalled by telkom advertising nonsense.. Firsty I've been with telkom for over 9 years.. I was with telkom when it was 8ta.. And this is the kind of nonsense I have to deal with.. My contract is due for an upgrade and I was told that the deal with the Huawei p40 lite with a watch and Bluetooth headset at R529 3g can only be ordered online.. I go online and order it twice and now I get a call to say that this deal cannot be given to me as it's for new clients only... That's nonsense what about us clients that been loyal to you guys. Seriously? So now I have to go through the Hassel of cancelling my contract with you guys and take a new contract to get that deal? I think that it's just a waste of time and effort.. I have 2 contracts with u guys and I would assume I'm a good client at telkom.. You have lost 1 client for just an upgrade?
