Disgusted client

I am very disappointed with Telkom. I have recently bought your sim card so that I can change the network as I thought Telkom has cheaper options, however I am getting no joy from the airtime am loading. I load airtime and when I check again airtime is gone? How is that possible? I have no active subscriptions. Kindly have this fixed please because I am even scared of buying airtime. ***
