Disgusted by the terrible service

So I wrote a review yesterday morning and until now no one from Telkom has bothered to contact me. I just called them on the insurance number that was provided to me on Saturday to insure the non working phone and I am told by Xolile from the insurance department that they do not offer new insurance but they only deal with claims. Can someone get back to me before I take this further? I will be waiting
