Disgusted by the level of service

So very disappointed and frustrated with Telkom I have been a well paying and loyal customer for years with Telkom today I apply for a contract and they turn me down and send an SMS saying I don't qualify due to credit vetting which is bull**** in my opinion I have been a customer with you people for 2 years and this is how you treat customers!!! Disgusted by the level of services.
