Disgusted by Telkom's BAD SALES DEPT AND SERVICE

I took a contract on the 24 November and got a sms to say that the order has been approved and will be processed shortly then the money was debited from my account . after 10 days of waiting I still haven't received the phone. I called today at was told that my order was only processed yesterday 7th December (because i made an enquiry). I've been on the phone since this morning to cancel my order and a email were sent to Dakshiena Naude numerous times to cancel the order but until now I have not received a response from her. I'm not interested in the sms that we sent to me to say that my order was approved. Please cancel my contract i dont want any dealings with Telkom. ITS THE WORST SERVICE EVER
