DISGUSTED BY TELKOM SERVICES!!

Disgusted with the poor service of Telkom Mobile. I recently purchased a contract which i specified i needed to keep my current telkom number so the benefits of the new contract needs to be transferred over to the current number. I was told i can call in to have this done once i received the phone.

Upon receipt, I went to store & called in, I was told that the phone had not been log as delivered, i needed to wait for 3 days, 3 days later, i called in, my request had been logged in their 'back office' for processing. Its been 3 days since then & no one has called me.

I called in to track my request since i was advised i would be called in 72 hours, i was told that 72 hours for Telkom is equivalent to 9 days?! for a 24 hour call centre?!

I am now losing my benefits as by the time this is done it will be end of the month, therefore one months benefits fortified!

Only good thing is your friendly staff.
