disgusted by Telkom service

I am highly disgusted with the service I have received from telkom!

I had an issue with my cordless house phone which I have reported. Their solution was to give me a wireless house phone as they said they were doing away with the cordless house phones due to wire theft etc.

They have given me the wireless phone but it hasn’t been working from day 1. I have called the call center and visited the store personally to ask for help numerous number of times.

Everytime I ask for assistance, they give me a sad story about still working on it however the issue here is that I have been paying for the phone which I haven’t used for the past 3 months. That’s absolutely ridiculous and *********.

I shouldn’t be paying for something which I’m not making use of.

I have tried to resolve this issue but no one seems to be helping. I am disgusted with the service from Telkom and hope this review allows for a faster action to my issue!
