Disgusted by Telkom

Good afternoon, I would firstly like to say how disgusted I am 🚮😡😡at Telkom and their poor service system.

I have settled and cancelled my contract but they're still deducting my account, WORST thing is that they deducting at any date they want and amount that they feel like taking. Before settling and cancelling the contract, I did query why different amounts and wrong debit dates that I did not sign up for on the contract but those consultant couldn't even answer including their call center.

I hate the name Telkom and I regret for ever taking contract with them.
