Disgusted by Telkom

I'm so disgusted by how unprofessional your service is! I've been unable to use my data for the past 2 days! I logged a complaint on your twitter page since you guys dont even have a customer service line. No has responded to my complaint instead your Twitter account keeps posting unnecessary things instead of assisting people with the issues. The worse part is that my data is expiring tomorrow and its more than 2gigs! I feel so **********. I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone!
