Disgusted beyond words can ever say, sies!!!!

Telkom as a business should just be closed down honestly, I have never ever in my life received such poor service from a network provider in all my life practically they just DON'T CARE!!!!

I had a problem with them as they kept changing my payment method and for more than 6 months I've been paying double the amount I'm due to pay, I went to the branch, I called the billing department but no one was will to help me I eventually got through to a lady called Bulelwa and my God was she just not bothered at all about this and told me that there is nothing that she can do about the changes on my billing then I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor for months I was told that they are in meetings (now which company has all their managers in meeting all day? I'll tell you it's Telkom!!! And they avoid customers at all cost those people) any way months later as I kept calling on a daily basis I finally sopke to Mpho - may I just add that in all my life I have never been sorwn at when I called to a network provider, when I asked if these calls we recorded she said no they were not as she was in management. Anyways I feel victimized by this company as a person and to think that has not only affected me but my whole family including my mom who lost her phone last year December and put the claim through but till this day the insurance team has never gotten back to her or us we are extremely disappointed as family.

The last time we went to Telkom branch in Alberton City the supervisor there was so rude to us to a point were I actually wanted to get physical with her - yooooh that girl I will never forget her cause I almost lost all my sense because of her.

We will never take anything out with Telkom ever again, you as a company have no morals, no sense of eregency but most sadly no respect for the people that actually support you as a company.

I will come hear and do daily reviews until I get a response from although I doubt it this company does not care they only want money izinja!!!
