disgusted at telkom day light robary

I have never be disgusted and heart broken like this in life telkom needs to review there customer service. I always pay my account on time and ensure that I follow up on my account and this is the thanks I get. They put my account on errors and handed my account to collector's without notifying me. I turned in my phone for repairs from May till today it July and they are saying that my account I on errors and the insurance won't pay because of their own mistakes I have proof of payment telkom debited me R1440. 00 on June whilst I only pay R680 each and every month. I just tied of telkom my whole life is messed up my credit score I messed up I have important contacts in my phone that I desperately need only God knows what's going to happen. Right now I really don't care if they don't return my phone they can keep it I'll pay the remaining 6 months of 24 month it OK I continue being a stupid like how they have been treating me
