Disgusted at telkom

In November last year i app**** for a cell phone contract at telkom ********** consultant told me there was another profile on my id number so their forensic dept will investigate and get back to me.i been to the store few times and all they say is we will get back to you.it is now 6mnts later still nothing! I even emailed a manager by the name of Senna who said it will be escalated but still nothing.

About 3 weeks ago i called 10213 to apply for internet for my home.after waiting all this time i decided to call today for progress to which the consultant said my application which was previously approved has now been cancelled due to the last years issue.telkom didnt even have the decency to notify me and kept me waiting.

This is the most pathetic service i have ever recieved!
