Disgusted at telkom

Telkom are the biggest ******. Do yourself a favour people and avoid taking out contracts with Telkom, once you've signed and they have your banking details they just take money from your account whenever they feel like it and whatever amount suits them. They double and triple the amount of the contract and when it's time for you to cancel the contract, they refuse. They tell you to go online and you constantly repeat a process of cancellation yet they never "receive it". You can go into their stores, request to speak to managers, call their call centers but to no avail. Eventually I got them to acknowledge my cancellation and six months down the line they are still debiting my account with more than double the contract amount. They don't listen when you call them and they are rude. I have only encountered one helpful call centre agent and still nothing has changed, my account has been debited again today. PLEASE AVOID THESE HASSLES AND DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM.
