Disgusted at disgusting hellkom

Have coverage issue with telkom since taking out contract. Since Dec have made no less than 15 calls to telkom mobile. Have been promised on numerous occasions that someone will call me. To date not a single call, email or even a lousy sms. I have 3 contracts with telkom mobile and you treat me like this. I demand a full refund for this contract. Months have gone, I am paying for this contract which I took out for my elderly mother and hot are not providing the service. I will not be renewing my contracts with telkom and have already dissuaded 5 people from even thinking of dealing with telkom mobile. Enough is enough. I demand answers. NOW. CONSUMERS BEWARE OF TELKOMS FALSE PROMISES. THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR WORD. TOOK OUT A CONTACT FOR MY WIFE FROM VODACOM IN JAN. TROUBLE FREE SERVICE. AND I WILL BE TAKING WITH VODACOM FOR MY MOTHER ONCE THIS ****TY CONTRACT EXPIRES AND I GET MY REFUND
