Disgusted and disappointed

I am disgusted by the service I got from Telkom Mega city.!!! I have taken phone contract with Telkom 2017 so I went to upgrade my phone this year June and I was told they're offline they will call me once they're back online.. 2 days passed still no call I went back, was able to apply for new contract it was approved now problem they dnt keep phones in the store so they will call me once they have phones. I waited for them for weeks no one has the decency to call me and tell me what's happening. I went back to the store and i was assisted by a very rude lady she said rudely " they have too many costumers they don't have time to call its a customer's s responsibility to call and found out!!!" I was so angry I told her to cancel it as I was tired of waiting she said that's best decision... She is so very rude she needs costumer service training. I dnt remember her name but her surname is Khuzwayo..
