Disgusted and appalled at telkoms incompetence

If I could help it I wouldn't even give this star. Disgusting, pathetic lack of service. I have been trying to make them understand for the past two weeks that I have been billed double, I have proof in the form of receipts, yet no one there seems to be able to help me. There are no supervisors to get in touch with and when someone happens to call back, they cannot help you. I have had all my disputes rejected yet it is so simple to see where the problem lies. I am appalled at the level of incompetence and am now beyond my tether. Dealing with them has raised my blood pressure significantly and I am considering legal action. I notice they do not even have the courtesy to respond to most of the review here, I guess the truth hurts.
