Disgusted about the service

I've app**** between 2-3weeks via the internet for a Laptop and Smart data 500mb contract. But with no luck until this morning when a sales call centre agent phoned me and advise that i need to go to a branch to assist with this request. Firstly seriously why advertise something on the net and request the details when you can't delivery? secondly why wait 2-3 weeks for an answer to say that i need to go to the branch? thirdly if this is the way you guys want to treat new customers then thank god i'm not actually a customer. Your Sales department means nothing! Why call it a sales department when you can sale anything to a customer! Shocking
