disgusted!!!

on 3 June I went for an upgrade, the contract I signed stated no penalties, no once off / added payments. Yesterday my account was blocked due to an early upgrade fee which is outstanding, this all while I was due for an upgrade. Not one call from Telkom to warn me. Also when I perused my telkom Bill it said if I dont settle the account by the 1ST OF AUGUST, they will block my account. Nothing of this makes sense! I am extremely irritated and will definitely never renew with telkom AGAIN! NEVER!! Now they told me I should wait 84 hours for their response!!!!!!!! I cant deal.
