Disgusted

I am disgusted by the service. I am waiting for a refund for about a month, they don't follow up on your request, you wait long for a call back or it never happens. I have received an sms stating case has been resolved but still no refund. Telkom first takes their money from the refund owed to you but still no delivery. My case number is ***7 & ***9
