DISGUSTED

My cellphone contract with Telkom came to an end in February 2023. I noticed that they still deduct funds from my account. I called about 4 times and no one could assist me to cancel the service. When I ask to speak to a manager there is never anyone available. I have tried cancelling online also with no joy. I have send numerous unanswered email. Last when I called they said the account was suspended so they cannot cancel. I have tried everything just to cancel the service even posted a complaint on Hello Peter. No joy. I don't even have the sim card anymore as it was ****** and reported to Telkom. They never even responded to my emails.
