Disgusted

<p>Someone took a cellphone contract from Telkomobi, using my details. I went to the police station and got an affidavit which i sent to Telkom and they opened a case. Now Telkom debits my account with R2 000 every month. I asked them to cancel the debit order and they informed me they cant until they are done with the investigation. I'm very unhappy because i have to go to the bank every month and reverse the debit order and obviously the bank charges me for the reversals, i find it very difficult to understand why Telkom can't cancel the debit order. I am very disgusted by this.</p>
