disgusted

<p>i am super disgusted in the service i recieved from telkom how do you spend 4 days on the phone with telkom being transfered to department even to external parties, for a simple request, an just get the back an forth all day with no solution, on friday the 08.07.2016 i have spoken to 8 different people that were unable to help me just being transfered left right an center. this was for one simple request an that was to get a paid up letter an for them to update my credit profile now seriously how hard can that be why must i wait 72 hours for that. this is setting me back in so many ways, it was already hard getting a settlement letter from them which took nearly a week even going to the store an no ones able to assist i must call in like seriously man. telkom is the most unpleasant place to call into cause you already wait hours for them to answer an must just hope that your call dont get drop. an yes its been 4 days now an i am still waiting for a paid up letter.</p>
