<p>i have requested my settlement account letter which was paid up last year and i made numerous calls and visits to the telkom stores, and i was told by them that this matter will be resolved. i caanot get approved for any loans,finances etc because the creditors all want the paid up letter of my telkom contract. i need this letter ASAP as it is delaying me in my errons.</p>
