Disgusted

I can't believe Telkom is so ********* to charge a callout fee of R450 to pensioners. My parents did not know their phone was broken so my question is how do you expect elderly people to know when their phone is faulty or not. I am not impressed with Telkom, what kind of service are you providing it's all about making money charging for doing absolutely nothing. We are living in trying times right now and this virus has hit us all hard but yet there is people that still want to exploit you.
