Disgusted

I must admit that I am appalled by Telkoms service.

I bought a phone on contract last year in July and to my surprise it stopped one day. I sent the phone in for repairs and was asked to pay an excess fee of R750 after fighting and complaining and disputing the excess fee it was decided after 4 weeks that my phone qualifies for repairs under warranty at Samsung. Took the phone yesterday and they were done within a day. Firstly telkom wanted to ****** money from me secondly the phone was gone for weeks only to come back and say we will fix the phone if you pay up. Be careful of Telkom
