Disgusted

I have dilemma here,on the 30th my phone was ****** at night,tried to call telkom on the 1st but their call center were closed(I guess) called them again yesterday (02/03/18) they said they will sms ITC number after 2 hours but they didn't send it,kept calling to no avail and today I kept trying so now they are telling,my phone has Vodacom sim card on it so they can not block it,it was ****** for crying out loud,so now I can't go to the police since I don't have ITC number and claim to the insurance,what the fu#kery is this
