Disgusted

Hi,<br> I acquired a contract from Telkom Adderley street a few months ago and was told my smart plan 100 included unlimited free calls to any land line number in south africa including 081 telkom cell numbers.All went for 2 months and then all of a sudden this month my wife who I took the contract out for noticed that she cannot dial land line numbers or 081 numbers.I then went to Telkom Adderley street and the telkom representative told me that they do not do unlimited on the contract plan and that he did my contract.When I highlighted to him that he did not do the contract and I explained who the guy was he told me it was a trainee and that it was processed on his name.I then told him that I want the contract canceled without costs as the representative mislead me into believing the the contract was unlimited to 081 or telkom land lines.The fact that I could get unlimited land and 081 was the big seller otherwise I would have continued my 15 years with vodacom.The agent logged a complaint with some office who called me but never called back to resolve.<br> <br> Very dissapointed!!!!!Pulling my hair out of frustration My Case Number ***6
