Disguisting, Appalling and unfair Service

I was called by sell directed representing Telkom Mobile, Biggest mistake of my life, I was offered a tablet package for R99 per month, to my surprise the device sent to me first time around was faulty and I had to send it back as receive, I received a second device after waiting a good 3 weeks and I had to be the idiot that calls every other day to follow up when I would be receiving my device, My airtime, my time and which was not my responsibility and the debit for delivering the device was taken from my account and I was still without a device, I eventually received a device and was promise that I would be called to activate my contract which never happened and I yet again had to be the blady fool that keeps calling to have the device activated, and shockingly enough the 2nd time around no sim card was delivered to me and I had to wait another week for that to happen, when I received the sim it took about a week for the sim to be activated, for a month I had to argue and call to have the sim activated till this day is hasn't happened, But guess what , an amount of R215.00 was debited from my account and require all those funds are reversed back in my till the sim is activated
